Rates
Prices start at $112.00 per night for single or double occupancy.
Includes Tax Weekly Rates start at $730.00 for 2 persons.
Additional persons $16.00 per night
There is a minimum stay of 3 nights unless there are openings

Payment
Reservations must be paid in full 45 days prior to check in dates. We will except only Cashiers Check, Travelers Check or Money Order.
NO CREDIT CARDS EXCEPTED SORRY
No Personal Checks
Deposit
A minimum of $125.00 security deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Deposit must be paid within 7 days after the booking is made. This deposit is separate from the rent, which will be refunded by mail within 14 days after your departure. Deducted from the deposit will be the deposit will be any missing or damaged items, late checkouts, loss of keys, extra cleaning or damages that exceed normal wear and tear.
Cancellations
Notification of cancelation must be received 35 days prior to your arrival date. All cancelations are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee from the beginning of the deposit paid.
Cancellations less than the 35 days will result in forfeiture of the full deposit and monies already paid. Guest is responsible for the entire time booked.
NO RENTAL REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURE OR LATE CANCELLATIONS
Outcleaning Fees
$100.00 for 1-2 persons
$115.00 for 3 persons

Cleaning fees will be added to the total rent charges.We expect the unit to be left in a "neat" manner prior your departure. A professional cleaning person will come in to clean and prepare for the next check in arrival. Extra charges will be assessed from the deposit if there is unnecessary cleaning done after your departure from the unit or anything is found damaged or missing. *Late checkout will result in a $20.00 per hour checkout late fee from the deposit if the cleaner has to wait after 10:30 a.m. unless prior permission has been given by the landlord.
Check In
Check in should be anytime after 3:00 p.m. If for some reason you will
be arriving later in the evening please let us know so we can leave a light on prior to
your arrival to our home and studio.

Check Out
Unless prior arrangements have been made,check out is by 10:00 a.m. Cleaning person comes on time so she will have ample time to clean unit before next check in. If something been broken please replace it or if lost kindly inform us before checking out or leave a note with payment.

Contracts will be emailed out as soon as confirmation by email or phone call
